Constituent Part:

1. Raw material tank: The dry powder mortar production line is used to store cement, fly ash, etc., which is driven by a pump truck without the need to set up a lifting device. The top of the storehouse is equipped with a public cry to protect the working environment. Pneumatic arch breaking device at the cone position can effectively prevent cement and fly ash from arching and ensure smooth metering of spiral ingredients.


2. Particle measurement device: used for the measurement of granular materials (such as perlite, polybenzene particles, vitrified microbeads).


3. Batching device: It consists of a hopper measuring scale, a feeding dragon, a discharge device, and a control system. It can automatically measure different raw materials according to the formula, reduce labor intensity and environmental pollution, and ensure the quality of dry mortar products.


4. Mixer: The drum mixer has the characteristics of uniform mixing, no dead angle, high efficiency, wear-resistant equipment, low breakage rate, fast discharge speed, etc., which is very suitable for the inorganic insulation mortar industry.


5. Granule packing machine: adopts open packing machine, conveyor belt output, automatic packing machine to pack.


6. Dust collector: It is used to recover the dust in the dry powder mortar production line, which is good for environmental protection. Generally, a pulse bag type dust collector is selected. The dust collector operates reliably, has high dust removal efficiency, and is easy to maintain.


7. Conveying and hoisting devices: The material conveying methods used in the production line are: horizontal conveying and vertical conveying. Horizontal conveying can use screw conveyors. Vertical conveying generally uses bucket elevators or wind conveyers.


8. Control system: computer and PLC control, intuitive operation, precise control, and automatic error correction.
